Zelensky approved the strategy of military security of Ukraine – RT in Russian

In particular, the document says that the comprehensive defense of the country “does not aim to achieve military parity with the Russian Federation, which would lead to excessive militarization of the state and, accordingly, the depletion of the national economy.”

It is noted that it “provides for the maintenance of a certain balance of military and non-military means to ensure the military security of Ukraine.”

The strategy defines the goals, priorities and tasks of implementing the state defense policy. It is assumed that its implementation will contribute to integration into the Euro-Atlantic space and the acquisition of NATO membership.

Earlier, the head of the Ukrainian leader’s office, Andriy Yermak, said that Kiev was counting on the fastest possible entry into NATO.
