Vice-President of the Russian Union of Travel Industry Yuri Barzykin assessed the situation with external tourism.
“From July Phuket plans to open for vaccinated people, in any case, this is being actively discussed,” he said in an interview with Komsomolskaya Pravda radio.
According to him, the main thing is that there is a phased opening of directions.
As Barzykin noted, more than 50 countries are ready to receive Russians, of which about 30 already have air links with Russia.

“But this is either a two-week self-isolation, or, of course, tests, or there should be vaccination until the passports are introduced, but nevertheless, the certification can already be translated and presented. That is, about ten destinations are already available for us, ”he said.
