According to her, in order to get into high ratings, up to 30% of students must be covered by international internships, at least 25% of the professors.
As Abankina added, the main goal of higher education in Russia is to create an innovative infrastructure.
“Breakthrough in the high-tech sector. Creation of intelligent products. We support universities, increase the instrumental base, laboratory facilities, which is very important. We have created unique installations, ”she concluded.
