Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton has released a batch of photos from around the world that exemplify a year of lockdown measures.
Proceeds from the sale of a book titled “Hold Steel” will be donated to Mind Mental Health and the National Portrait Gallery in London.
“Through this book, I want to use the power of images to provide a permanent record of what we went through, to depict people’s stories and document important moments for families and communities during our life under the Corona pandemic,” the Duchess wrote in the book’s introduction.
A panel of judges, including Kate, selected 100 from more than 31,000 photos. The selected 100 photos have already been displayed in digital galleries across the country.
