In Tver, before the flood, utilities will be engaged in cleaning storm sewers and drainage ditches. In case of flooding, four high-capacity pumping stations are used to pump water.
According to experts from the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia, flooding of the low coastal parts of a number of settlements is possible. This is a site near the village of Fabrika and the village of Maksatiha on the Mologa River in the Maksatikhinsky District and a site on the Obsha River in Beloye.
As Realnoe Vremya website reported earlier, more than 1.8 billion rubles were spent in Tatarstan to prepare for the flood.
