They are pissed off. The reason is simple since for four months they were dislodged from the route of the regional express train, they still have not reached their new places of residence or trade.

Members of the impacted collective du TER cannot explain this administrative slowness. “ We are not far from state banditry! denounces Mouhamadou Lamine Leye. Since a State, all the same, it cannot tolerate, admit, that high officials play with its own signature! But these are acts that are prohibited by the central authority in charge of the land registry, town planning, etc. These are ground plans. These are leases, so they are title deeds. »

Patience has a limit, according to the national collective of the impacted of the regional express train, which promises to move to a much less peaceful stage if the problem is not solved as soon as possible. ” For four years, it is not now that we will sink into anarchy. But be careful, we will not fall into anarchy, but we will take care of the positions of struggle », Affirms Mouhamadou Lamine Leye.
