The updated version of the electronic revenue refund system provides customers with a single secure entry feature from the Ministry of Finance website, which allows the customer to log in to the service from the Ministry of Finance website or via the digital ID (UAE PASS), and the “Dispute Management” feature, which enables the customer to review a case The request is according to the request number upon completion of its submission, and it also provides people of determination with the ability to read texts automatically, in line with the quality standards of smart e-government services. Once the receipt number is entered, the system can automatically identify the name of the entity and the details of the amount to be recovered, without the need for the customer to write the receipt details.

Number of dealers

The number of customers using the system reached 428 in 2018, and 2,962 in 2019, while the number reached 5604 in 2020 during the period of the spread of the “Covid-19” pandemic, which is a positive indicator of the high rate of use of the system, given the ease and smooth procedures.
