He said that a decision was also made “on the preparation of a plan for its implementation, priority measures for comprehensive provision are identified.”
“In the near future, the document will be submitted for approval to the President of Russia, and then published,” Patrushev said.

It was also reported that at a meeting of the Security Council, Putin noted that “new technological solutions also give rise to new risks,” according to him, “the global digital space often becomes a platform for tough information confrontation, for qualitatively unfair competition and cyber attacks.”
