In his opinion, the game with Iceland (4: 1) showed that the Russian youth team has potential. He noted that in the meeting with France it is necessary to impose their own attacking football, and the expert also believes that the Russians are good at rebounds.
“It is important to psychologically correct the approach to today’s match. The French have nothing to lose, it is imperative to take glasses. If they lose to Russia, they will practically lose their chances of leaving the group, ”Onopko said.
The match between the youth teams of Russia and France will take place on March 28. The beginning is at 22:00 Moscow time.
Earlier, Dmitry Khokhlov explained why the European Youth Football Championship is important for Arsen Zakharyan.
