Russian paratroopers returned to Pskov after exercises in Belarus


The paratrooper company of the Pskov Guards Airborne Assault Formation of the Russian Airborne Forces returned to Pskov after exercises in Belarus, the Russian Defense Ministry said.

“In total, more than 400 military personnel were involved in the exercise, about 100 units of military and special equipment of the Vitebsk Separate Guards Airborne Formation of the Special Operations Forces and about 90 servicemen of the Black Sea Guards Airborne Assault Regiment of the Pskov Guards Airborne Force,” the press said. -release.

According to the command of the airborne training division of the guard, the goals set for the trainees were achieved in full.

Earlier it was reported that in March Belarus will host two joint Russian-Belarusian tactical exercises of the Airborne Forces of Russia and the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus.
