An initiator has reported to the municipality of Zwolle to develop the idea, which has been on the shelf for a few years. This person wants to rent a 5.5 hectare piece of land in Spoolde from the municipality for twenty years.
After six months, the municipality decides whether to work with the initiator for the next twenty years. Then the first plants can be planted for the food forest.
