Yesterday, a statement stated that the campaign aims to preserve the rights of owners and update their data, especially in light of the presence of old data that has not been updated for a long time, and to prevent the similarity of names and the consequences that result in delaying transactions, so that the name of the owner is linked with a number His identity, pointing out that the campaign targets all real estate owners in the emirate, citizens, residents and investors of various nationalities.
According to the statement, the campaign is taking place in the suburban councils in each district on the dates and times announced on the department’s website and social media, at a time when all owners must come to the headquarters of the suburb council, according to the date set for each suburb, and bring the original title deeds, and the map, And the personal identity, in order to update the data and return the “original” to its owner.
The Director General of the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department, Abdulaziz Ahmed Al Shamsi, referred to the cooperation shown by the Department of Suburbs and Villages Affairs in the emirate, stressing that it was and still is an important strategic partner in the implementation of many joint projects, which contributed to giving an additional momentum to the real estate sector in the emirate.
