“Individual states, in an effort to maintain their dominance, deliberately limit the access of developing countries to advanced technologies to increase their economic and political dependence,” he said.
Earlier it was reported that the Security Council, chaired by Russian leader Vladimir Putin, considered and approved the draft “Fundamentals of the state policy of the Russian Federation in the field of international information security.”
