Nutritionist reminded about the rules of healthy eating – RT in Russian

Natalya Denisova, a nutritionist at the Federal Research Center of Nutrition and Biotechnology, Candidate of Medical Sciences, told how to eat right and explained what you can eat for dinner so that you don’t have problems with excess weight.

In an interview with the Argumenty i Fakty website, the specialist advised to eat five to six times a day in small portions, since with fractional nutrition, the metabolic rate increases, blood glucose is maintained at an optimal level and there is no strong feeling of hunger.

Also, a nutritionist advises to eat food at the same time for better absorption, give up snacks, limit salty and spicy foods.

Denisova advises to eat boiled fish (cod, pike perch) or chicken with a side dish of fresh or baked vegetables, herbal teas and whole grain bread for dinner.

Earlier, Vera Kodentsova, the chief researcher of the laboratory of vitamins and minerals of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “Federal Research Center of Nutrition and Biotechnology,” gave recommendations on the choice of vitamins in an interview with the NSN.
