MsMvil, based in Alcobendas, has created a company (Kaixo) on the outskirts of San Sebastián, respecting the employment and the Euskaltel brand and is committed to the deployment of connections.
MsMvil has been involved in an ikurria to convince Euskaltel shareholders, the Basque authorities and even the hard core of the PNV in its takeover bid for 100% of the Vizcano operator. Even so, discordant voices have already been raised, such as that of the president of the Bilbao Chamber of Commerce -and former Euskaltel adviser-, Jos ngel Corres, who has claimed to feel “a lot of pain” because the operation “is not positive for Euskadi”
