The Montenegrin authorities have allowed Russian citizens who have a certificate of vaccination with Sputnik V to enter the country.
“Citizens of the Russian Federation can be sure that they will be able to come to Montenegro with a Sputnik V vaccination certificate,” she said.
It is noted that a confirmation of vaccination must be issued by an authorized health care institution at least seven days before arrival in Montenegro.
Djurovic also said that those who have not been vaccinated need a certificate of the result of a PCR test, received no more than 48 hours before arrival, or a certificate of the presence of antibodies.
Earlier, the President of Montenegro, Milo Djukanovic, proposed to ban entry into the country without a PCR test for coronavirus.
