Numerous demonstrations are taking place on Sunday March 28 throughout France, to demand “a real climate law”, while the “Climate and Resilience” bill, deemed insufficient by environmental defenders, arrives on Monday March 29 at the ‘National Assembly. The organizers claim 110,000 demonstrators across France, including 55,000 in Paris.

Paris

55,000 people marched from 2 pm from Opera, towards Place de la République, according to the organizers. Many organizations and political figures were present, including Jean-Luc Mélenchon, from La France insoumise and Yannick Jadot, from EELV.

Lyon (Rhône)

10,000 people marched this Sunday afternoon according to the organizers.

Grenoble (Isere)

2,000 people demonstrated this Sunday afternoon, according to France Bleu Isère.

Montpellier (Herault)
