The Japanese government is exploring the possibility of creating a structure that would allow residents to choose which drug they will be vaccinated against the coronavirus.
Earlier, Japan signed agreements with the companies AstraZeneca, Moderna, Pfizer for the supply of drugs against coronavirus. In total, the country expects to receive 310 million doses. Only the vaccine from Pfizer has been approved for use in Japan to date.
Earlier it was reported that the Japanese government may approve the use of another coronavirus vaccine in the country in May this year.
