Investigative authorities organized a pre-investigation check into the crash of an EMERCOM helicopter during a training flight in the Kaliningrad region.
“On the fact of the crash, a pre-investigation check has been organized, and the issue of initiating a criminal case is being resolved,” RIA Novosti quotes a message from a representative of the North-West Investigative Directorate for Transport of the Investigative Committee of Russia.
According to her, information about possible victims of the crash is being specified.
According to the press service of the EMERCOM of Russia, during a scheduled training flight, the communication with the crew of the Ka-32 EMERCOM of Russia helicopter was lost.

System 112 received information about its fall in the water area of the Curonian Lagoon, 5 km from the city of Polessk.
It is noted that two people were saved, the fate of another is unknown.
