INFO FRANCE BLEU Schools have been ordered to close their class on Monday March 29 if cases of Covid-19 are identified during this weekend, France Bleu Paris has learned. According to this radio station, schools have been instructed by the Ministry of National Education not to open their classes on Monday March 29 if the latter detected during the weekend among the students or teachers a positive case of Covid- 19.

It is therefore a precision in relation to the announcements made by the Minister of National Education Jean-Michel Blanquer on Friday March 26. At a press conference, the minister announced that in the 19 reconfigured departments, a class will be closed from the first positive case.

“We had to choose a date: how long do we go back for Covid + cases?”, explains the Ministry of National Education to France Bleu. It will therefore be from Saturday March 27. “A choice made in conjunction with the health authorities.” Those who have tested for Covid-19 this weekend and who will still be awaiting their result on Monday have “of course always the instruction to stay away from schools”, we specify rue de Grenelle.
