Crimea will send several lawsuits to Ukraine due to the organization of the water blockade of the peninsula, said the head of the Crimean parliament Vladimir Konstantinov.
Konstantinov also did not rule out filing another lawsuit in connection with the systematic destruction of the infrastructure of the peninsula during the period of being a part of Ukraine.
Earlier, the first deputy chairman of the Crimean parliament, Efim Fiks, estimated the preliminary damage from the water blockade of Crimea at 1.47 trillion rubles.
The Crimean government also announced plans to prepare an official appeal to the UN due to the water blockade by Ukraine.
