The annual general assembly of Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company “du” approved the proposal of the Board of Directors regarding the distribution of profits of 15 fils per share, for the second half of last year.
The company said in a statement to the Dubai Financial Market yesterday that, with this, the total dividend per share for the year 2020 would reach 28 fils, at 28% of the nominal value of the share.
The company stated in a statement, of which Emirates Today obtained a copy, that the general assembly, which held its remote meeting, last Thursday, approved the Board of Directors’ report on the company’s activities and its financial position for the year ending on December 31, 2020.
It also approved the auditors ’report for that year, as well as the company’s balance sheet, and an account for the ended fiscal year.
In its statement, the company indicated that the general assembly approved absolving the members of the board of directors and absolving the auditors of liability for the ended fiscal year.
