Cellnex Telecom has agreed on its board of directors to increase its capital for the amount of 7,000 million euros, after the approval obtained at the company’s general meeting of shareholders. The largest capital increase in the history of this Spanish company will underpin a substantial change in the structure: the Benetton family ceases to be the first shareholder for the Singapore sovereign fund to occupy that first place.
