War is declared. The Republicans had announced it and the least we can do is that the Conservative Party was quick to react. According to him, following the adoption of this major law, Georgia is now taking another step towards security, accessibility and fairness in electoral processes.

Stricter requirements

A text that provides for stricter voter identification requirements for postal voting, which limits drop boxes in a state that already had few and which extends the power of elected officials over elections. For example, it will be prohibited to offer food or water to voters who queue in front of polling stations.

Make the right to vote more difficult?

An initiative condemned by the Democratic Party and many organizations defending the right to vote for which it is simply an effort to make it even more difficult for some voters to exercise their right. Adopted in the space of a day, this text was promulgated in the wake of Governor Brian Kemp and threatens to spread oil since other Republican states also wish to legislate in this area.
