38,000 verbalizations drawn up since the implementation of the reinforced measures, according to the Ministry of the Interior

38,000 verbalizations have been drawn up by the police since Saturday 20 March in France and the implementation of reinforced measures, including 18 000 in the 19 departments affected by these measures, according to figures from the Ministry of the Interior communicated Sunday March 28 to Franceinfo.

At the same time, 350,000 people checks were carried out. Of these 350,000 checks, 170,000 took place in the departments affected by the enhanced measures, the ministry said. Finally, 4,600 checks were carried out in establishments open to the public, including 1,700 in the areas affected by the reinforced measures.
