“The entire building is managed by a property manager. When we found out that they had entered, we spoke with them to ask if there was a problem and they said no. It was then that they realized that an error had occurred,” he explained.

The granddaughter has attributed the events to a “cluster of errors” and has denounced that, despite realizing what happened They were able to quickly recover the house, the building was emptied and they do not know where everything is that they took, such as appliances, tableware, personal belongings of the old woman, including photos of her wedding or a memoir of her life that she was writing, as well as cash.
“We did not find an exact person responsible and nobody knows how to tell us where to find these things and how to recover them. We do not know where anything is,” lamented the granddaughter, who has denounced that both the property and the judicial process pass the blame. , from the TSJC they point out that in an eviction the judicial procession hands over the property to the owner, while the latter shields himself from the family with a document signed that day by the entourage according to which there was no movable property in the apartment.
Faced with this situation, the family contacted the L’Hospitalet town hall and put the case in the hands of a lawyer to try to clarify the facts.
