When the workers refused to give sand, there was a quarrel between the two parties. At one stage, the workers of Panchagarh district attacked 4 workers of Netrokona district with shovels and sticks.

Upon receiving the news, Bhaluka Model Police Station raided the brick kiln and arrested 10 workers from Panchagarh.
