A mansion worth 2 billion rubles was found in the village of Leninskoye, Leningrad Region. The authors of the investigation from 47news associate the construction with the names of top managers of Gazprom.

A three-storey house with an area of ​​4.1 thousand square meters was erected on a plot of 11.3 hectares, surrounded by coniferous forests. The interlocutors of the journalists called the new building the “residence” of Alexey Miller. Nearby, 150 meters away, is the villa of 24-year-old Mikhail Miller, the son of the head of Gazprom, according to 47news.

According to the newspaper, the owner of the new “palace” and the land under it is a certain JSC “Promenergo”, registered in Moscow. Journalists traced the history of the company and found out that by the time of its creation in 2019, the founder was Phobos Invest LLC, 25% of which was owned by a foreigner Sodikov Murodilla Omonboy Ugli. His biography is unknown. At the same time, the land under the “estate” passed from hand to hand to companies associated with the energy corporation, according to the publication.

47news failed to reach potential owners, “ghost owners”. The press service of Gazprom did not help the journalists either.
