Florida Panthers – Chicago Blackhawks: 5 – 4 OT (2-1 1-2 1-1 1-0)

The  Blackhawks’ ordeal continues with a fourth straight loss. Small improvement this time since the formation of Chicago obtained a point by losing only in overtime. For the occasion, goaltender Kevin Lankinen made his NHL debut but, like the other two goalkeepers in his roster, he also conceded 5 goals.

The  good news came from the cane of Philipp Kurashev who took advantage of a gift from Sergei Bobrovsky. This allowed him to score his 1st NHL goal.  

The  Swiss played for 10’03 ”, but only shot once. His compatriot Pius Suter (13’31 ”) meanwhile finished without a point for a neutral differential and 1 shot.

Carter Verhaeghe (2x), Patric Hornqvist (2x) and Frank Vatrano in overtime allowed the Panthers to win. Note the very good game of Dominik Kubalik (2 goals – 1 assist). Patrick Kane also found his way to the goal for Chicago.

Detroit Red Wings – Columbus Blue Jackets : 3 – 2  OT  (0-0 2-1 1-1 1-0)

By obtaining an assist on the 2-2 of Alexandre Texier, the defender Dean Kukan has unlocked his personal counter this season.  

The  Swiss played for 14’48 ” for a +1 record and 2 shots.

Boone Jenner opened the scoring before Anthony Mantha equalized. Bobby Ryan scored his 4th goal of the season, before Texier’s 2-2. It was finally Tyler Bertuzzi who got everyone to agree in overtime.
