The market closes its doors as early as Tuesday evening. The signing of Smith in Los Angeles, therefore, must necessarily intervene before. The two parties were in discussions for several days to find the right deal, no worries. The shooteur will therefore be back on the floor, and the sides of LeBron James. Marc Stein of NY confirm :
The Lakers, league sources say, are expected to finalize a rest-of-the-season contract with J. R. Smith before Tuesday’s 11:59 PM AND closure of the NBA’s ” transaction window ”

The Lakers, sources indicate, will finalize a deal for the rest of the season with JR Smith prior to the closing of the window of transaction NBA Tuesday at 23: 59.
The two rosters for the resumption of the NBA at Walt Disney World shall be given Wednesday evening at the league.
The comeback of Swish will be scrutinized very closely after more than a year away from the parquet floors of the NBA. Avery Bradley brought a lot to Angelinos with his defense and his three points, so this will be at JR’s attempt to do as well… or even better. A task far from being easy, but the Lakers have obviously trust him, and you can imagine that the King has given his endorsement.
JR Smith is finally back in the NBA. Needless to say, his first games will be very followed by the fans, and especially those of the Lakers.
