The organizer of the brown celebration was the German Matthias M. * The 32-year-old now has to leave Switzerland – but because of another crime.
M. had to answer to the Hinwil District Court last week. The accusation: M. stored illegal weapons under his bed (BLICK reported).
The verdict against the accused followed on Tuesday. Matthias M. was sentenced to a prison term of 16 months. In addition, he is expelled from the country for ten years. However, the judgment is not yet final.
Prosecutor asked for a long expulsion
In contrast, M. was acquitted of the charge of racial discrimination. The German commented on a report from an Auschwitz survivor on Facebook with a “Facepalm” Emoji. This comment can be interpreted very differently, the court writes. Therefore, he is acquitted on this charge.
For the neo-Nazi from Thuringia, the public prosecutor had asked for a partial prison sentence of 32 months and a country deportation of 14 years. (cat / SDA)
